Learning (and Application) is an Ongoing Process:

Magic wands are for illusionists. Traveling road shows may promise instant change, but overwhelming research shows that organizations do not turn around overnight. Optimally, people need to time to digest their learning.
For this reason we don't do "data dump." We pride ourselves on the success of our interactive sessions that engage learners to apply in the workplace what they're covering in class.
For example, a popular arrangement is to spread the learning over several months, holding classes only one or two days per month. This approach allows learners to practice what they're learning, then come back and build on what they've learned!
We also advocate the use of peer coaches. With a little training, managers pair up with other managers to serve as private sounding boards, which helps cement the learning to everyday workplace applications.

If we have any restriction, it’s on class size. We want our clients to have genuine results, not just check a box at the end of the year to say they conducted training.
Over the past sixteen years, we’ve learned that when class sizes are too big, people slip through the cracks and results are not what they should be. Since your success is what we're here for, we limit class size to twelve people for multi-session Management Development Programs.
(Larger class sizes are acceptable for short-term training sessions.)
